As you know, working out will give you so much benefits for your body. Your body is healthier, and that means your happiness level is better than people who rarely or never work out.


You probably already knew those things but you’re still too lazy to exercise. There are so many excuses. Eliminate those excuses and start working out! If you’re too lazy to go to the gym, you can work out at home. Here are some possible exercises you can do at home to stay fit.

#1 Yoga


What you need: Mat, towel, block

Yoga is good for flexibility. But, if you’re not that flexible, you can try Basic Yoga. There are many great online classes you can find. Use your towel if you cannot reach certain parts of your body. Do what you can do and exercise regularly!


#2 Pilates

If you want to focus to tone your body, you can try Pilates. There are some moves similar to Yoga but Pilates is great to tone up your body, working on your inner muscle. And Yoga is more about balancing between body and mind.

Do you want to challenge yourself? Then you can try any kind of exercises from low intensity to high intensity exercise on NTC Workout app. This app is created by Nike and you can download it for free and you can customize your exercises however you want. There are also programs you can join.


#4 Zumba


What you need: Space to move

If you’re not into exercise that requires serenity or systematic flow like Yoga, Pilates, or NTC, you can try Zumba. This exercise is a combination between aerobic and hip-hop, salsa, merengue, and mambo. It’s perfect for people who has a lot of stamina and cannot stay calm.
